WebSamsung Customer Service SUCKS Rant So I've been trying to deal with Samsung for a while now and it's been very frustrating. Before this experience, I loved Samsung and their products, but they are clearly lacking on the support side of their business. WebCustomer service is the worst. Example, updates stopped on my laptop then my screen lock totally stopped and I called Samsung customer service asking to unlock my screen. The stupid reply persisted that I can lock in and go to setting but I kept insisting that screen lock no longer works after updates failure.

WebSamsung customer support won’t do anything more than verify you a million times and say they’ll lodge the complaint! Absolutely useless. Courier company they work with, Panther don’t really care - so, basically you pay money and won’t have your purchase! Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I ordered on 7th Friday and still waiting.
