WebI am currently 33 weeks pregnant and work full time for a small nonprofit arts organization. I will be going on disability at 36 weeks. My understanding is that will pay 60-70% of my normal salary. My boss is very supportive and would like to pay the difference so I am still receiving 100% of my pay while I am on maternity leave.
